Planned Maintenance Notifications

It’s always great when you work from home and your internet dies. XFinity assistant is useless despite asking for an agent… says planned maintenance is happening. Would he nice to know it was planned

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_ou0es7 We prefer our customers to know before doing work that is planned, and we send out a notification in advance. There are a few times when we have planned work, but needs something like new equipment ect, or we had to move up a time table as something new came up that the work would fix. I know how important it is to have service given you work from home like me. Hopefully any recent work will prevent any future service interruptions.

Trying to log into the app, put all my correct credentials in and it sends an error message stating I need to try again; got in contact with Xfinity customer help and they said they can’t do anything and to just wait . How helpless
