Platinum Membership Benefit-Peacock Premium
I have been unable to access my Peacock Premium membership benefit as a Platinum member even after receiving an email about it. The link brought me to my membership benefits, but there was no activate peacock benefit available. It does however state that “peacock premium on us” is one of my benefits. I also tried the chatbot but was consistently redirected to the same place with no way to activate.

I completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when it’s one of the perks included with your membership, but you’re unable to access it.
