Please help me cancel

Hello, 

I need to cancel my subscription. I have been trying to figure out how to for a few weeks so now I have gotten another charge that I would like to try and see about having removed from my account as well. I took my equipment to an Xfinity store to try and end my service, and it was two very young men who were not very attentive and just told me I needed to go to FedEx and send it back...so I went to FedEx and they told me to go to Xfinity. 
So now I have an additional charge and my equipment still! 

My account was for the address [Edited: "Personal Information"]

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
