Please I moved to a new state where there is no Xfinity service and you won't let me cancel

Okay -- if I tag this post cancel I get an error message -- third time I am trying and I already spent over an hour dealing with your bot. 

I need to cancel because I already moved out of state and already confirmed that XFINITY doesn't serve my new address. There isn't an xfinity store anywhere near me that I can just walk into so PLEASE cancel my xfinity service and provide an address where I can ship the modem. 

No matter what I tell the bot the only option I am offered is a phone appointment several days ahead when I will be working at my new job and cannot take calls. 

There is no reason you need to speak with me. I would have loved to transfer my Internet Essentials Service to my new address but Xfinity said I can't and you aren't going to get a commission by referring me to Spectrum or another provider because I earn too little to afford a different retail plan. 

Please help, this is extremely frustrating. I don't know what else to do apart from filing an FCC complaint but I don't even know if they are operating during the government shut down.

I need to return my moden. Thank you.
