Please revive my previous thread

I (user_c1c1ep) have a long (since May 14) thread with Xfinity on Direct Messaging.  The history of my complaint/issue is on that thread. The thread disappeared sometime last night/this morning. I did not close it. We seemed to be making progress and the history is important. Please reinstate this thread.

Thank you for creating a new post, @user_h68fsk! I'm trying to locate the original post under the other username, but haven't seen it or our private chat thread associated with it yet. How or why did the username change, if I may ask? Do you have a link to that post so that we can at least find the public thread to get started?

Yes but the actual 2 month long thread and the Direct Message communications are gone. That is just my first entry

If that was your username when you started the thread, why did you create a new username?  You should have signed in with that previous username and not started a new username because that clouds the issue and ends up involving more employees than needed.

You should be able to sign in with that username now and check the DM from then; I have DMs that go back several years, so you should be able to find it.
