please take my new credit card info

I have been trying for two hours, via three phone attempts plus online searches, to give xfinity my new credit card info.

Hello @user_x15mrr, I completely understand your frustration after spending two hours and multiple attempts trying to update your information. That is definitely not the standard we aim for, and we want to get this sorted out for you right away.

For clarity, are you trying to update your payment method via the Xfinity App or a web browser? Are you receiving any errors?
