Pole removal

AEP replaced a pole in our yard. The old one still has your cable lines on it. I would like the lines moved to the new pole and the old one removed. We are at <Edited: "Personal Information">

Hello, @user_czv6il we can help with the request to re-locate the line. We'll just need to work in a direct message, so we can get more information and create the appropriate work order for you. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

@user_czv6il, To send a DM:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

 

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address.
