Poor installation on outside of house
We had Xfinity fiber installed this weekend. The buried line is great, but when the tech attached to side of house it was very sloppy. He didn't take the path we asked for, and actually ran the fiber around the outside of a downspout. Is there any recourse to maybe getting the wiring redone? We wanted it run up besides the downspout and follow under the roof, then across to entry hole. It would have been virtually invisible. If there was enough loose cable, I would have rerouted myself.
