Poor service
More and more I am getting frustrated and annoyed with Xfinity‘s customer service or lack of support. Is this why the service is so cheap? I tried using your virtual assistant, but that doesn’t help and then I go in circles trying to reach a live agent I just join Xfinity, but will not stay for much longer if this doesn’t improve

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to post here. FYI, we recommend editing your post instead of making a second one. I did remove the original one as a duplicate.
Are you a new NOW Internet customer? If so, then support is handled by the Xfinity Assistant. If it cannot solve your issue, it will pass you off to a NOW support agent. Other departments are not equipped to access NOW accounts.
