Poor service
First - my apartment complex switched over to community service and you [Edited: "Inflammatory"] decided you were going to disconnect My service entirely! I had to waste an hour of my day trying to get it fixed! It’s unacceptable
Second - [Edited: "Inflammatory"] went over to my mother’s to install her Comcast box and connector service. While they were there, they decided to disconnect her Wi-Fi and when my mother called to ask about how to fix it, you guys told her she had to get a different service. That was dumb because it was just her Wi-Fi that was disconnected by your people! I had to go fix the issue!
this is absolutely unacceptable behavior and it is poor service at the very least!
