Poor service/lagging

Xfinity was out last month to do an upgrade for faster service. Now daily we have issues and keep getting messages for Xfinity service being down for technical issues. Get it fixed or I’m going with fiber. I work from home and have missed some important meetings due to my internet connection.

user_4y2snk Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I work from home as well and understand how impactful any service interruption can be. When you do experience downtime, is it showing as an interruption in the Xfinity app? Or are you experiencing service interruptions outside of any work being done in your area?

It’s random times throughout the day. Happens a lot more frequently since the service upgrades that happened mid February. We have all new equipment and had no issues before the service upgrades. Ziply and TDS have put lines in our neighborhood and Im going to switch if Xfinity doesn’t fix the issue.
