Poor treatment of long time customers

Just saw where you were offering 1 gig service for five years at 50.00 monthly . Very sad you can't do this for long term customers like myself . I'll remember this as more competition comes available ![Edited: "Personal Information"]

I know where you are coming from KRF58 and new customer promotions are always an amazing offer. I wish this promotion was something that I could offer to all of my customers, but we are limited to what is available in the account. While we might now have the gigabit internet for $50.00 a month for 5 years, I have found that I have comparable options for my amazing long time loyal customers. It would be a pleasure you assist you and check over the option that we have available in your account.
