Possibility of a scam
Hello, my name is [EDIT personal information]. I recently subscribed to an Xfinity membership but have not been able to access the internet. About an hour ago, I chatted with an Xfinity agent who asked for my Social Security number and date of birth to activate my account. Could you please confirm if this is the standard process?
