Possible suspect for Vandalism

My Internet was out for a day and a half because of vandalism to the optic cables. On that same day someone pulled up to my car, and pasted a Trump sticker on the bumper, right next to my Harris/Walz sticker. This may be a bit far-fetched, but it seems possible that this vandalism with a far right terrorist attack to my heavily liberal neighborhood, and this fellow was leaving his calling card by pasting Trump stickers. Did anyone in the Berkeley/ Richmond area see anything similar? I got the guys license plate, and could get a full description if asked.
