Greetings, @user_0y5baz! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear this line has not been buried yet, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Is this an orange line running from a service pedestal or pole in the yard to the utility box on your house? You are correct that these can usually take up to 14 days to get buried, but if the line requires boring under a road, sidewalk, driveway, etc., it can sometimes take a little longer. Has anyone been out to mark the ground or identify existing underground utilities yet?

I'm sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused, @user_0y5baz . I can certainly understand your concern, especially after being advised that the line would be buried within two weeks and finding that it is still laying on the ground three weeks later. I'd be happy to look further into the status of the burial request for you. Please send me a DM with your full first and last name and your complete service address, and I'll review the account and see if there are any updates regarding the line burial. Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the delay in getting this completed. I'll do my best to help get you some answers.
