power of attorney

How do I change ownership of my father's accounts to me.  I have Durable Power of Attorney.

So far very frustrating trying to get any help on Comcast website.

To speak to an agent directly  Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

How do I know you received the Power of Attorney document?  How do I get my login and password?  Why am I continuing to communicate on a Message Board instead of working with a human?

I am a legal POA for my mother and they are in receipt of the documents and I am named on her account and yet still Comcast is denying me my legal rights to access my mothers account so that I can help her manage her account.
