Prepaid Mastercard - Debit
I received a prepaid Mastercard debit card. I activated the card, but I can’t use it anywhere. I downloaded the My Card Wallet app, but now that the card is activated, I cannot “Activate” the card or add it because I no longer have a QR code.
I inadvertently deleted the email.
I requested a re-issue, and got a different warning...
I called the number on the card and was unable to reach a person; the auto answer was able to provide information that the card was active.
I have a screenshot of the card.

Hi,
I was finally able to get through.
Just as an FYI the phone tree was really awful. The choices are did not relate to my issue. I tried several different options, and they all led to automated responses that did not apply, and if you did not make a selection it would hang up on you.
The options that worked was to day I had a physical card, but that I don't have to finally get to a person. The person was very helpful and hopefully solved my issue, I decided to get a physical card which I will get it 7-10 business days. The virtual card seems to be a difficult process...
