Price lock

Why will you not honor a quoted price for 1 year?  I am supposed to have a plan locked in for a year and after two months the price is increasing.

@user_1dj1wt  Thanks for adding to the community. Promotions do lock in the rate for the service. Equipment or fees may vary, but the promotions help ensure the service rate stays the same. Starting in December 2025, some of our Xfinity TV prices will be increasing. This is because of the increased costs television network owners charge us for the content and shows you enjoy. We work hard to negotiate with hundreds of networks and channels on behalf of our customers to minimize the impact of these rising costs.

You can find the full details of these changes in the Additional Information section of your bill or when you sign in to My Account.

But we want you to know that we are adopting new all-inclusive TV packages with simple pricing in early 2026. These pricing plans may be a great option for you. Learn more at xfinity.com/newtvpackages. These packages show all the fees in the total cost upfront, and include the first box for free. They have up to 40% savings. We can also help add one if you want to review them together.

Not interested in changing things as I just did two months ago after a rising bill that was totally ridiculous.  I should have cancelled my services then and will be considering what to do next.  It's a headache trying to get assistance and loyalty doesn't mean much these days.

The price of your plan probably didn't go up, but some of the fees and taxes most likely did.  If you read your statements beyond how much you owe you will probably find on page 3 the information about fees increasing.
