Priority dispatch
My service is completely down, not degraded. Remote troubleshooting has confirmed that a technician is required. Six days without internet is not an acceptable resolution. Please escalate this as a complete loss of service, add me to the appointment waitlist, and request an expedited/priority dispatch for any cancellation or same-day opening. I am available at any time and can accommodate a technician with essentially no notice.

Hello @user_eftndj, and thanks for sharing your concerns on our Xfinity Community forums.
I can absolutely understand how frustrating this must be, especially possibly being without service for several days.
The quickest way to schedule a technician visit and get yourself in line for an earlier appointment is through the Xfinity app. After you schedule the appointment, the app will give you the option to join the appointment waitlist. If an earlier appointment opens up due to a cancellation, you'll be notified and may be able to move your visit up.
If you've already scheduled the appointment and did not join the waitlist, you can find information on how to add yourself to the appointment waitlist here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/appointment-waitlist
I also want to set expectations and emphasize that our team has access to the same scheduling availability that you see in the app. Because of that, scheduling through the app is often the fastest and easiest way to both book the appointment and join the waitlist.
That said, if you'd prefer assistance, we're happy to help. Simply send us a Direct Message* with your full name and complete service address, and we can review the account, confirm the available appointment options, and help get a technician visit arranged.
