user_d23pbr Thanks for reaching out to us about the Extender now working after activation. After activation did you try in the app (WiFi tab > View WiFi equipment > Pro WiFi Extender > Troubleshoot Device) to see if it could find and resolve the issue the device is running into?
Are you able to connect to the home network in areas where the signal was weaker? Even though it shows it needs attention, does it seem like it is extending the signal? IS there a light on the face of the extender, and is it solid or blinking?
