Problem returning Xfinity equipment
After canceling Xfinity service, the return a device page does not load any equipment to return.
Have been trying to get a prepaid label and pickup by UPS for over a month now.

Find an Xfinity Retail Store location near you by visiting this page and click on details to make an appointment so you can save time in case they happen to be busy when you arrive :). Make sure to give your equipment to an Xfinity Retail Store representative. After you return your equipment, it'll be immediately removed from your account.
