Problem with getting in help
We’ve been trying to get in contact with someone to help for 2 years with semi results but no call back 1 year ago. Every time we call we get the run around, no direct answers and being pushed off to the next, sending out people who can’t do the job. We’ve built 2 homes that are in need of cable lines to be ran to the houses. We have ticket numbers, they were out a year ago taking pictures, we have the tubes ran through underground. The 2 previous houses to be torn down had cable so I don’t believe there’s an issue getting it to these homes besides that no one will actually help us. No one gets back to us and when we call everyone seems as if they have no idea what’s going on and no direct answers, basically saying they have no way of contacting construction. We just need help and a direct answer. What can we do?
