Problems getting email through Apple Mail on iPad

I have constant problems getting Comcast email through the mail app on my iPad. Almost every day email won't load so I delete Comcast from my mail app and add it back in. Sometimes that works, often it doesn't. Customer Service is totally unresponsive. Today I had to change my password and now Comcast says the username or password is incorrect. Neither is true. Why doesn't Comcast work with Apple mail on a regular basis?
