Promo Ended - Price Jump is Shocking
Hi,
I started service in August 2023 and have been paying $70/month for internet. This month (August 2025) my bill jumped to $139. I think my promo ended, but that price jump is a big shock. $139 is more like what I’d expect to pay for an internet + TV bundle, not just internet. Can someone review my account and let me know if there are any loyalty deals or a better plan available?
