Promotion on free phone

I was sold this promotion deal with a free Xfinity mobile phone for a year with an extra $5 a month. I asked if there was any hidden fees or anything and was told no. Then I find out that they was taking money out of my bank card without my consent. I put a stop to that . Then speaking to an Xfinity rep Clair she admitted that the rep who sold me the promo did not explain the promotion properly. I told her that it wasn't the consumers fault

 I ask to speak to a supervisor and they couldn't find one. Xfinity is lieing to consumers. I'm disabled and on a fix income so it's hard enough. So don't fall for this promotion it's a LIE.
