Hello, @user_p39co0 how long has it been since you signed up for Xfinity Mobile? It does take 1-2 billing cycles for a Mobile discount to display on your bill.
August 29th. I have been on the phone With customer service many times. They tell me they fixed it and my bill doesn’t show it. Then they close my ticket.
