promotional offer search
My 24 month promotional offer ended and I am having difficulty navigating plans/offers through my account as I receive an error message when searching. How can I find plans available as my monthly rate has now more than tripled and through the app I'm only given the option to have the chatbot assist which hasn't been the most helpful
