Promotional rate expiring and looing for new promotions

Hello, my 1-year student promotional contract is ending soon and the rate is going up. I am a continuing student with active credentials looking to explore renewal options or promotions to keep my service affordable. Could an agent please assist me with available offers?

Hey there, @user_1yidbk! Thanks for creating a post about your promotion that's coming to an end. We're always more than happy to help in any way we can, of course. Have you already logged in and viewed student deals, HERE?

Yes, I did check the student deals page while logged in, but the best student offers seem to be restricted to new customers, whereas I am an existing customer whose 1-year promotional contract is about to expire.

Here is my situation:

  1. I am still an active college student.

  2. I currently have the 1.2 Gbps internet plan along with two Xfinity Mobile lines (one with an ongoing device promo).

  3. The regular non-promotional price after my current contract ends is simply out of my budget as a student.

Since I really want to keep my internet and mobile lines with Xfinity, could you please take a look at my account directly to see what retention offers, student renewal promotions, or 1-year loyalty discounts can be applied on your end to keep my monthly bill affordable?

Thank you so much for your help!
