Promotions

Hello.  Last time I was able to get a hold of someone to see about promotions, but I no longer see an option for this in chat and also difficult through the phone. I see many recent conversations about customer retention with every time people wondering if they still exist and I wonder the same.

My internet rate recently has gone up and I was looking to see if there are promotions before I take consider looking at other companies for service.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
