Property damage caused by comcast tapping into the power comapnies neutral wire coming into my house

Comcast came out for service because internet was degrading over time.  Comcast tech said there was power on the cable coax and i needed an electrician as the comcast truck drove away  all the surge suppressors in my house fried and threw many of the breakers on my breaker box. After the power company fixed the neutral wire they informed me they were denying my claim for electrical damage because the neutral failed due to comcast tapping into the power companies neutral wire for a ground. The neutral wire is not for grounding its for voltage regulation going through your breaker box.  Every circuit board in both my a/c units were fried my washer and dryer were fried  I have had 4000 + dollars in electrical and a/c  repair due to this. I need to make a claim and would appreciate contact.
