property damage claim

i’ve made numerous attempts to contact Xfinity but I always get the runaround. I did finally reach somebody to put in a claim on January 6 ticket number [Edited: "Personal Information"]

we are now at January 15 and nothing has been done even though the email said they would contact me within one business day

this is putting a financial burden on myself since I paid for things to get fixed. I need to be reimbursed.

Hey there, @user_4zml8u. Thank you for creating this post within our community forum so that our Digital Care Team can take a closer look! It would be my pleasure to check the status of your ticket and help escalate things further however necessary. Could you please send our team a direct message to continue?

To send a direct message:

  • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
