property damage report
I need to initiate a property damage claim with Xfinity. My lawn was dug up by one of your subcontractors and was assured they would repair the damage. That has NOT happened!

Hello, @user_l0d642 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support. You've contacted the right place to get a damage claim ticket opened, and I'd like to help get that completed. I checked the report an issue document: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue on our website, and don't see reporting damage is an option, I'm going to pass along some feedback to see if that can be an option for self-reporting to make it easier.
Since I'll need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation, when you have time please send a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it

We have the same problem. The Xfinity team destroyed our back yard today plus my neighbor's side yard, left a complete mess, and walked away. I have spent hours on the phone, X chat, and Xfinity chat today and no one from senior management has bothered to call me. Not a living soul at Xfinity cares about its customers apparently. HOW DO I GET MY PROPERTY FIXED? Do I hire and they reimburse (doubtful) me? That would mean I have to put in yet MORE hours of my very valuable time??? What is wrong with Xfinity that it hates its customers this much please? I am livid.
