Property damage
I discovered damage to my front yard and drive way and suspected another company of the damage since they were working in the cove. However, after further investigation, tracking the direction of all the damage from the source to the end, it showed that Xfinity drove something across my driveway, damaged the wooden border, through my front yard, leaving tracks throughout, and around the side of my house through other peoples backyards. We traced it all to Xfinity boxes on a couple different houses.
As an Xfinity customer myself, I would expect my property to be treated better and would like someone to reach out to me about this issue.

Did Xfinity ever reach out to you? They damaged my paver driveway last April and I still have not gotten anyones attention at Xfinity. Every time I call in it takes an hour and when I reach a human they say I will get a call in the next 2-3 days. This has been going on for months. Any advice?
