Property Damage

Xfinity contracted some technicians to do fiber optics upgrade in my neighborhood. They came with heavy equipment in front of my building causing a sink hole that caused damage to my underground pipes

Did this get resolved, and how?  Our issue is minor relative to yours, but similar. Xfinity technicians came to my home to bury the cable lines, and damaged a sprinkler pipe -- this led to gallons and gallons of water leaking from the pipe about 6 inches from the foundation to our home.  I am trying to figure out who to contact at Xfinity and how to submit a claim.
