Property details for Line Bury

I need an Xfinity cable line buried in my backyard. There’s a bury order in place and Xfinity texted me to verify some property information before the tech comes out to bury the line. The property details were incorrect and indicated that I do not have a sprinkler system. I DO have a sprinkler system, but I was unable to update the information in the Xfinity app. I called Xfinity and explained the problem as directed by the app, but the agent was unable to help me and I’m not confident he understood the problem. Can I please get some help?
