Pruning or removing a tree that overhangs and threatens a comcast drop. How to schedule temp disconnect?

The drop is to my neighbor's home.  Half of the tree overhangs the drop and there are branches up against it.

None of my arborists will work on the tree with the drop in place.

Is there an easy way to schedule having the drop removed and put back into place?  If so, please tell me what it is.

If the method requires my neighbor to spend a lot of time phone navigating phone queues I doubt if he will agree to help with this.

Thanks
