pushy support

Please stop making your service people be sales people too.  Can we have at least some experience without a 45 min sales pitch and just resolve the ask I have?  I just had to end one because they would not accept no for an answer and I never got what I asked for.  Makes me want to leave your service.

user_mel9fh Hello, and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had with our service representative. I completely understand your desire for a straightforward resolution to your issue, without a lengthy sales pitch. We absolutely value your time and understand how important it is to have your concerns resolved efficiently. It's not our intention for our service interactions to feel like a sales pitch, and I'm very sorry that this happened to you. I want to regain your trust and provide you with the service you deserve. Please let me know if I can assist you with any service or billing concerns.

I just wanted to upgrade my mobile plan to unlimited plus and instead got a 45 min sales pitch for trying to buy a new item.  If you can update my plan to unlimited plus is all I wanted.
