Question about the Jurassic World Rebirth ticket/activity kit offer (Xfinity rewards)

To whom it may concern:

I had a question about the Xfinity rewards program. The Xfinity rewards offer for this month is two tickets for the Jurassic World Rebirth movie that comes out on July 2nd. I clicked on the get tickets link, but it just took me to the rewards page, and it doesn't have a link to get the tickets, just a link to the Jurassic World Rebirth activity kit. I clicked on the learn more link, and it stated get this reward by August 10th to download your copy. I was wondering if I got this reward, would I still get the tickets, or is that a different offer? What does the download your copy mean, is that a downloadable copy of the movie? Please just explain this to me. Thanks.

kissfreak1975- Thanks for reaching out! The Xfinity Rewards surrounding Jurassic World were just added today, however we don't have any details about the offers. We are waiting for an update, so we can provide additional information to all our customers. Once we have an update, we will update you here. Thank you for your patience!

@kissfreak1975-, Thank you for your patience, and we did look into this more for you. It looks like there were only a limited amount  of tickets, and they were already all taken by the time you got to it, I do apologize.

The email was sent to many Rewards customers at the same time - a bulk email.  And at the time it was sent, tickets were available.  Apparently they went very quickly.  It was not false advertising.  There were a limited number of tickets - first come, first serve.  Sorry.

Ok, I get it. Sometimes things don't last. I just wish Xfinity would send the rewards email out earlier in the month instead of towards the end. I have a question that wasn't answered in any of the previous messages. In the link for the activity kit, it mentioned something about use this reward by August 10th, and get a download copy. What is the download copy? Is it the movie or is it part of the activity kit? Please let me know. If it's a download of the movie, that would make up for the tickets vanishing, but I guess I'm being too hopeful. Please answer my question. Thanks.
