Reach a live person

I have been trying for weeks to speak with a live customer service agent regarding several different things.  Chat was no help and I have tried a few times with them.  Can someone please call me so I can get these issues fixed.

Thank you…..sorry this is long but several problems

recently switched from a now account to a regular account.  

1.  Have been trying to upgrade my channel line up.  Tried thru phone call first and they said it was done but it wasn’t. Then thru 2 dif chats but instead of taking care of changing my lineup and extras I want they just continued to try to get me into an Xfinity mobile phone. I mean seriously would not let up on trying to sell me mobile. Did not take care of my issue of changing my lineup.  I tried doing it thru the app but it won’t let me because it says an order was started and not completed. 

2.  I was billed for a month before the account was activated and charged while I was still paying the Now account.  So I need that fixed. 

3.  Internet keeps going out yet since switching from now account. 

4.  I have been asking for months for Comcast to come and take care of a Comcast dead wire that is hanging outside on the property and is only a few feet from the ground.  I already verified it is a Comcast line that had been cut awhile ago but no one takes care of it.  I believe it to be a safety hazard even if it isn’t live.
