Reach human somehow? My situation doesn't seem to have a menu tree option
Bad storm last night here in Seattle. Tree fell down and severed Xfinity cable deep in my property. I just want to get on the list to have it fixed. Not expecting it to happen today. Instead, Xfinity keeps telling me they'll let me know when the service returns. Problem is, that can't happen because, you see, a tree feel down and severed the cable on my property. Xfinity can do all the work to our central office but that won't matter. No menu option seems to cover this.
I love Xfinity deeply.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_nzafg3. That looked like some storm over there, and I will be happy to take a look at that line being down on your property. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
