Reaching Xfinity

Hi,

I live in an apartment with limited control over the WiFi setup, as my landlord handles the account and billing. Unfortunately, the modem frequently stops working, causing me to lose connection—and this is currently happening at a critical time with an important deadline approaching. Is there a way to speak to an Xfinity agent without logging into the account, since my landlord wont provided that information? I'd like to be able to reach out independently when these issues come up.

Could you suggest the best solution for handling future outages, and if possible, check the modem status? I'd like to ask my landlord about possibly replacing it, as this has already happened 6-10 times within the past two months, and it doesn’t seem likely there have been that many system updates.

user_mi5t5z Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Do you know if it is a bulk community account where services are provided through the complex management? If that is the case, you would still have an account that we can help troubleshoot with.
