Reason for multiple outages within the last two weeks - zipcode (Edited: Personal information)
Hello,
I have had no luck getting ahold of a human to address this, I read through some forums and read to post here. Within the last two weeks, there have been 5 outages, 3 of which have lasted all day. And 4 of which that have happened within a 5-day span. It is starting to affect my personal job, and i feel like the answers that are being given are not the truth. And the $5 credit isn't sufficient. My main question is when will this be fully fixed? I understand outages are bound to happen, and I accept that. However, 5 within the last 2 weeks is a bit over the top and clearly something bigger is wrong, especially when the next day or same day it is out again. Answers would be greatly appreciated. Especially if this is a long-term thing that I may have to search for another provider.
