Received a cancellation request even though I never requested a cancellation

Hi I got an email saying that my service is being cancelled and my last day of service is today. I didn't cancel my service and still need service for another week!

You mentioned needing service for another week, so it sounds like their may be a plan to move, is that correct? It's possible that the next tenant of your location has already placed an order for service, which may have triggered this messaging. Not to worry! You're in great hands with our team here :) We'll do everything we can to review your options and resolve this according to the best time frame for you.
