Recent Transition/Upgrade to 1000/100 Internet -- Picked up new XB8 and Upload Speed is Capped at 40mbps!

Joining the collective migraine that is the recent upgrade to 1000/100 internet at my home -- I ditched my personally owned modem and picked up the new XB8.

Everything is working well, the XB8 activated no muss, no fuss, and I have download speeds in excess of 1000mbps...  The upload on the other hand remains painfully stuck at 40mbps.

Multiple devices, multiple tests, including native to the XB8 jack shows 1133mbps down/39.38mbps up.

Appreciate any support that can get us from problem to solution here -- Spent over two hours with tech support and was told that a "request was put into the back end" to update my upload speed, but we are still seeing the same results.  If I can kindly DM a member of the Support team, I am happy to provide the needed information to support a review of the account, check the needed flags and codes required to see this to success, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers,

DM

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
