Redeemed movie not showing up

I redeemed The Lord of the Rings on Thursday and it's not showing up. It shows it under redeemed rewards.

I understand how aggravating it can be to not see your movie when you claimed it (not to mention, it is a great movie). How are you trying to find the movie after you redeemed it (TV box, using a PC, or streaming device)?

Hello, I first went to Movies Anywhere, which is where I typically go to find movies I've redeemed. Then I went to the Xfinity stream app, next I went to my purchases on Amazon. It wasn't showing in any of those services. All my other redeemed movies are visible in those three services.
