Refund and cancel

Whenever I select issues, "something goes wrong" and refreshes

I never got the setup kit despite it saying it would take 3 to 5 business days and I requested it 2 weeks ago. When I tried to call on the phone, the representative hung up on me. I would like a full refund.

It was home. You phone line also hung up on me after I was on hold for 20 minutes!

I ask for an escalation and silence for a full 20 minutes then it abruptly hung up. This is ridiculous!
