Refund

How do I go about getting a refund after paying for my now internet service and it hasn't working in over 30 hours. I've spent multiple hours troubleshooting with chat and even had a technician out for two hours just to say my account is the problem. Yet again to be sent to the storefront and they said that they couldn't help me either. Im at a loss.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_3uva8d I appreciate you creating a post and am sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your NOW Internet service. Because it is a prepaid plan, refunds and credits are not available. More information can be found here regarding the NOW Internet service. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/now-internet-faqs

I would recommend reaching out through the Xfinity app chat for further escalation on the services issues with the account.

The service never worked after paying the bill! How the [Edited: "Language"] is a refund unavailable? I paid my money for nothing? Is that what you're saying? After paying the internet never connected and was never used due to a problem with the account on your end. You even sent a technician to my home for 2 hours for the poor guy to tell me that the problem wasnt the hardware but it was the account.

user_3uva8d, I would follow up with NOW support directly here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/now, and you can use the Xfinity Assistant if you need additional guidance.
