I need a refund on the payment I made on 9/12/2026 because my service is still not restored

Hello @user_2aouin, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that your service has still not been restored. I can certainly understand how frustrating that must be, especially after making a payment and continuing to experience a loss of service. To better understand the situation, was the payment made on 9/12/2026 for a past-due balance? If so, was the full requested amount paid?

Yes it was for the past due amount. It was paid on this account

[Edited: "Personal Information"] number at my previous address which is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. My current address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. You all have put in a ticket several times now and nothing has been done yet. At this point I just want a refund and I will find another internet provider.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

1-Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3-Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

4-In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5-As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6-An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8-Press Enter to send it.
