@user_gj2513 You should be able to reach the security team through the https://spa.xfinity.com/ site. If that does not work reach back out here.

That is very strange @user_gj2513. If the https://spa.xfinity.com/ is not working for you, send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

Experiencing the same 'prohibited by policy' error, as well as failure for SPA website link.  Likewise access to DM is nowhere to be found on the forums site.

When you get a "Bad Request" message on a spa.xfinity.com link, try opening it in a different browser or in a Private/InPrivate/Incognito window.

When you Comment on a post (by scrolling down to "Comment on this post here...") I am notified of your response. But if you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.
