Relocating feed to building

The poll in front of our house has been replaced. The cable line goes right in front of living room window then down the side of building to mechanical room. There is an 2”underground conduit coming from the back of property that has phone and fiber that also lands in the mechanical room.neighbors on the other side of ally receive comcast from this line. Seeing that we’re going to be residing next spring and the line needs to be moved to other pole anyway ,why not relocate to the underground path.
